WHAT IS HAPPINESS?

Happiness is a multifaceted concept, influenced by various factors ranging from genetics and life circumstances to personal choices and attitudes.

 

While there's no one-size-fits-all formula for happiness, several key elements tend to contribute to a sense of well-being and fulfillment:

5. Healthy Lifestyle: Taking care of our physical health through regular exercise, balanced nutrition, adequate sleep, and stress management is essential for overall well-being. A healthy body supports a healthy mind.

 

6. Mindfulness and Presence: Practicing mindfulness involves being fully present in the moment, without judgment or attachment to the past or future. Mindfulness practices such as meditation, deep breathing, and mindful movement can help cultivate inner peace and contentment.

 

7. Personal Growth: Pursuing opportunities for learning, growth, and self-improvement can contribute to a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. Embracing challenges as opportunities for growth can lead to greater resilience and satisfaction.

 

8. Acts of Kindness: Helping others and contributing to the well-being of our communities can bring a sense of purpose and satisfaction. Acts of kindness, whether big or small, have the power to uplift both the giver and the receiver.

 

9. Work-Life Balance: Striking a balance between work, leisure, and personal life is essential for overall happiness and well-being. Prioritizing time for activities that bring joy and fulfillment outside of work is crucial for maintaining a healthy balance.

 

10. Authenticity: Being true to oneself and living in alignment with one's values and beliefs fosters a sense of authenticity and inner harmony. Embracing who we are, flaws and all, allows us to live more authentically and joyfully.

 

While these factors can contribute to happiness, it's important to remember that happiness is a subjective experience, and what brings joy and fulfillment may vary from person to person. Ultimately, cultivating happiness involves self-discovery, self-awareness, and a willingness to nurture the aspects of life that bring us the greatest sense of meaning and contentment.

The Goddess Rebirth is a 21- day progressive detox. Why 21 days?  It is just enough time to break old habits, poor thinking and usher in an improved lifestyle. Each phase delves into various daily topics to help you establish a positive inward change. Transformation cannot start with solely focusing on the body. It must involve the mind and the spirit. Why progressive? Because making drastic physical changes without the proper internal shift is nearly impossible. We want you to succeed and not fail a few days in because you are not mentally ready.

 With the Goddess Rebirth, you will gradually change your nutritional consumption over the course of 3 phases; beginning with basic clean eating, followed by a clean foods vegetarian plan filled with plenty of raw fruits and vegetables, and lastly conclude with a no solid foods regimen.
